Vietnamese ground pork stuffed in tomatoes - part II
Last week my MOM gave me ton of tomatoes and several big chilli peppers. I am not quite sure what to do it with them . Since I have some ground pork left, I decided to make this for dinner tonight.
It's very tasty, and yummy. I used the same recipe as before. See below.
