I just cooked this for lunch. This will go well with Jasmine Rice. It's a really simple dish; yet, very yummy. Check it out.

Ingredients:
3 or 4 pieces of fish (any types you like)
1 TB of sugar
½ cup of fish sauce
¼ cup of water
1 cup of Coconut Soda
1 tsp of Pepper (Add more if you like pepper)
Scallions (chopped into pieces – use for garnish)
2 TB of Ginger (cut into thin slices)
3 or 4 Chili peppers (if you like it hot, then add more chili peppers.)

Method:
1) Add 1 TB of sugar in the pot
2) Turn the oven to high
3) Stir constantly and Add 2 TB of water
4) Add Fish
5) Add Fish sauce
6) Add Pepper
7) Add Chili Pepper
8) Add coconut Soda
9) Turn the oven to medium and simmer the fish for 10 minutes or so
10) Garnish with scallions
