Vietnamese Banana Cake

Yesterday I went to grocery store and saw a big bag of banana on sale for only $1.00 dollar. I bought it and made this Vietnamese banana cake for breakfast. I am not sure where I found this recipe, but it was different. This cake has coconut milk in it as well, and it tastes great with a cup of coffee.
