Hu Tieu Nam Vang Noodle Soup

Everyday we're so busy go to work, and don't really have the time to actually sit down and enjoy a great breakfast. I don't know about you, but I really missed having a wonderful bowl of soup especially in the cold chilly morning. This is a Vietnamese noodle soup called, "Hu Tieu Nam Vang".

Wonderful Fat Free Chicken and Pork Broth.

This soup has minced pork, squid, roasted pork, quail eggs, shrimps and pork heart.

Bean Sprout, scallions, chives, slices of limes, chilly peppers, and salad.

Traditionally, this soup has pork liver. But since I am not much into liver I replaced it with pork heart instead.
