Weekend Cooking

I have been so busy lately that I rarely have a chance to cook complicated dishes. I found this walnut banana bread recipe last week and made it today. It was great.

It came out perfectly from the mould.

Breakfast - One slice of walnut banana bread with a cup of coffee, yummy!


This is a quick dish to put together if you don't have time to cook. English cucumber stir-fried with shrimps and white onion. It's easy and can be done in less than 15 minutes.


This would go great with rice.


This is another easy dish to prepare. Lemongrass chicken can be marinated overnight. Then you just put it together when you come from work. Below is the recipe.

It's a very tasty dish. If you like spicy, you can add more chilli pepper. My hubby loves this dish.
