PORK CHOPS

It has been a while since I cook. I guess I have been so busy with work. Today I made this for lunch. It's one of the recipe I got from someone at the chat forum. The only reason I made it because this recipe is so simple. Check it out? Yummy huh? :-)

After the pork chops has been marinated for 30 minutes, it's time to fry them.

When you are done frying the meat, they need to be taken out of the pan and put aside.

At this point, the sauce can be pour in.

And then you got yourself a very yummy dish. This will go well with rice and sweet and sour pickles.

Ingredients:
4-5 pork chops
marinade:
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 tsp garlic powder
marinated for 30 minutes
sauce:
1 TBS garlic powder
2 tsp honey
1 TBS of fish sauce
1 TBS vinegar or lime juice
Method:
1. Put all the ingredients together to marinade the pork chops.
2. put all the sauce ingredients together in another bowl. (use it later)
3. After the pork chops has been fried, take them out from the pan.
4. Pour the rest of the oil from the pan to another bowl.
5. Put the pork chops back in the pan.
6. Add in the sauce
7. Let it sit for a few minutes and they are done
This would go great with Jasmine rice and whatever vegetables you like.
Enjoy!
