 Cha Cá Thang Long (Vietnamese Style Fish with Tumeric & Dill)

My in-law are coming to visit today.  I need to come up with a menu for lunch.  I don't want any fried food, but at the same time, I like to eat with fresh herbs and veggies.  What to make I wonder?  I ended up making Vietnamese style fish with turmeric and dill.   This dish is quite popular in Hanoi, Vietnam.

I made some shrimps to go with it as well.
