Chicken Pate' with Cognac

A few years back when I was in Paris with my girl friend. We stayed at a Hotel near one of the French bakeries. Every morning, we would come down and get fresh french baggett with pate'. I love the taste of pate', smooth and just melt in your mouth.

I just made it yesterday thanks to Ms. MOKA again.

Two pounds of liver chicken can make up to 8 small containers of pate'.

I added Cognac to the ingredients. It tasted so good with French Bread.
