I made this for dinner yesterday. Oh my gosh, it was so good. Do you want a Salmon summer roll? :-) It tasted awesome with garlic lemony fish sauce. And of course you got to have fresh organic herbs.

Mmmm! Seafood Summer rolls! We have made these with cooked shrimps, lime juice and coriander - delicious!
Have not made summer rolls for sucha long time - poor hubby! Maybe he will get to eat these when I have more time!
