Vietnamese Rice Noodles with Roasted Pork and Shrimps

Bánh hỏi is a Vietnamese dish consisting of rice vermicelli noodles formed into a medium circle and steamed into a pancake shape. Its usually top with scallions and olive oil and fried shallots. And its often eaten with roasted pork, shrimps, beef ect.

Lemony, garlic fish sauce.
