Green Papaya and Carrot Vegan Dish

I just learned how to make this vegetarian dish from sis Tra^m Anh . It's so yummy. This dish is consist of green papaya, carrots, tofu, fermented tofu, pineapple, salted veggies, and other seasoning.

Once in a while, we need to eat food with out any meats in it. Suprisingly, not only it's good for you but it also very tasty as well.

I put them in small containers so I can give some to family members.

Check out the whole platter.

Hi Zoe,

I really like the look of this dish. How do you get the carrot and papaya so thin? Please can you show me the picture of the tool that you used. Thank you so much. Have a good day.

I used a vegetable slicer. The brand is called "Benriner". Go to the link below and check it out.

Hi Zoe,

Thanks for the info. I searched it online in Australia already and was shocked by the price ($50-$100). I just can't afford such an expensive tool.

I've tried this miracle knife but it does not cut as thin as yours.

Thanks again and have a good day.

Hi Zoe,

Yes, I'm living in Sydney and it's a city of multicultural communities. I might try to look for it in the Korean stores. Thanks for the tip. Have a good day.
