It's quite hot today.  Infact, I have my AC on and I also turned on my fan.  For some reason I feel like eating soup.  I guess the weather is kind of dry and I don't want to chew that much.  I just want something simple.   I made Tilapia fish balls with Enokitake Mushroom, tomatoes and dill soup.  I know I know the name sounds like a mouthful right? But I tell you it's very healthy and good for you.
