Sheep Head Fish with Summer Rolls




Grilled Sheep Head Fish wrapped with Summer Roll.





We went to grocery yesterday and found this really fresh Sheep Head Fish. I marinated with salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil, ginger, onion, orange juice. It turned out perfect. Since we have ton of herbs in our garden, we decided to wrap the fish with Summer rolls and herbs. Then dip it with fish sauce. Yummy in the tummy!

Hi TV,

I always see good Sheep Head Fish at the Korean Market, but never know how to cook it. Beside grilling, what can we do with this type of fish?
