Crunchy Apparagus stir-fry with ground beef & Lemongrass shrimps

I have a little bit of ground beef left so I decided to stir-fry it with Apparagus. This is a simple dish, but very tasty. Apparagus, salt, pepper, garlic, sugar, a little bit of soy sauce, corn starch. And there you have it. This can be serve with rice.

Lemongrass shrimps

This is a great dish. I marinated shrimps with lemongrass, chilli peppers, garlic, a little bit of fish sauce, sugar, pepper, and garnish with scallions. Yummy!

You really have to try this dish. Below is the recipe.

1lbs of shrimps
1/2 cup of shredded lemongrass (You can put less if you don't like lemongrass that much).
5 garlic gloves chopped
1 TB of fish sauce
1 ts of pepper
1 ts of sugar

Deveined the shrimps, and put all the ingredients above into the container. Marinated for 1 hour or so. With high flames, add olive oil in the wok or skillet. Add additional some garlic along with the lemongrass and chilli pepper. Then put the marinated shrimps in. Let it sit there until all the juices almost gone. Then test taste it. Then garnish it with Scallions or cilantro. This can be serve with rice.
