Vietnamese Crepes

This is one of my favorite Vietnamese dish. I can eat two of them at the same time and still want more.  They tasted so good with ton of organic herbs and Vietnamese dipping lemony garlic fish sauce.

My hubby likes extra crunchy skin.

Some folks like mung bean, but you can put anything you want. I even put mushroom for the fillings.

It always turn out so perfectly!

This one is mine. I love to eat wrapping with all the exotic herbs. :-)
