Another way of getting rid of mangoes is to make cheesecake with mango flavor. Since we are so conscious of weight these days, I used fat free cheesecake. Also, the crust is 1/3 less fat. This way, we won't feel guilty having an extra slice of it.
The color is just gorgeous.
After sitting in a fridge overnight, it's ready to be eaten.
