It has been a while since I had brunch. And I have not been using my waffel maker for the longest time ever. Finally, I decided to walk down to the basement and brought up my waffel maker. See what happen when you are determine to do make something? My Waffel mojo is back!!! :-)

Belgian Rasberry Waffel with yogurt

I just love the goden color of my waffel.


1 1/2 cups All-purpose

2 tbsp cornstarch

2 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 sugar

2 egg yolk

1 can of coconut milk

6 oz water

4 tbsp butter

2 egg white (beat separately in another bowl)


-Combine all ingredients except the egg white

-Add the egg white

-Make Waffel

-Garnish with yogurt, strawberry sauce, blueberries or whatever you like
