Weekend cooking for October

Hoisin sauce and hot sauce

Vietnamese Chicken Pho (Pho ga`)

Fish Sauce chicken

Fresh Squid Stir-fry

Lemongrass pork

Vietnamese Crab Soup

It's been so cold for the past few days. I made a pot of Thai chicken curry Saturday. This would definitely warm up the body. It's a great time to have soup. This would be awesome if pair with crunchy French toast. YUM!

As the weather get colder, it's always good to make a pot of chicken with ginseng. Hubby has been quite stressed out lately at work. Ginseng is good for the immune system, relieving stress and make you have a better focus in whatever you are doing.
