Vietnamese Crepes

I missed eating banh xe`o (Vietnamese Crepes). I don't make it as often as I should is because I hate deveining shrimps. It takes a lot of time and effort. Since Safeway's was having a sale in shrimps, and not just any shrimps, but deveined shrimps. I bought five pounds :-)

And Voila`, Vietnamese Crepe is served for lunch.

It's mucho crunchy.

I love this non-stick pan. My crepes always turned out perfect.
