Assorted Chocolate Truffles

I never thought that one day that I would make chocolate truffles. The reason is because I don't really like sweet stuff to begin with. Therefore, I don't see myself making these rich, elegant, creamy mixtures of bite-sized chocolate truffles with a variety of coating.

Yesterday I saw chocolate truffles recipe from Gert's blog. The recipe looks so easy to make, and I have all the ingredients at home. Since I have a few days off from work, I decided to make them.

Here is the recipe from Gert.

This was my first batch.

My second batch.

My third batch.

I have chopped nuts, cranberries, cocoa powder, and green tea coating for these truffles.

Here is a closer look. They are yummy.

I love the nut coating the most. They are awesome.

These babies are not sweet at all and I added coffee liquor in them. Yum!

Check them out. It had a great time making them.

Thank you Gert. Now I can said, I know how to make chocolate truffles. :-)
