Paratha Puffs

I just learned how to make this puff from Gert. She is so creative to come up with this recipe. I have seen this type of bread before in Korean grocery, but did not think to use it as a puff. The texture if flaky just like puff pastry. However, it's better because it's less greasy.

The whole package comes with 20 pieces of paratha. Each piece is separate with clear wrap.
Cut each into 3 portion and put in your fillings. You can make any fillings you want.
Cover up the bread and use a fork to keep the edge together.

Use egg yolk and brush it on top of each puff. Oven 350 degree until golden brown.

These puffs would go great with tea or coffee for breakfast or just have them as snacks.

I made ground pork, potatoes, onion, garlic, scallions, salt, pepper, and oyster sauce as my fillings. They are delicious!!!

Enjoy!

Hi TV,

Gloxinia from TD forum.

I really this idea! Next time when I go to the Korean store, I will have to look for this pastry.
Is it easy to find ?
