Boiled Edamame or SoyBeans

I found this bag of soybeans yesterday in the frozen section of the Korean grocery. All you have to do is boiled a pot of water and put this bag of soybeans in for 6 minutes. Then drained them with cold water. This is a great appetizer. This goes well with sea salt and pepper.

After you drained them with cold water, let it cool for a few minutes.

And voila`, you got yourself a healthy snack or appetizer.
