I made this on Saturday for lunch. It's mixed veggies stir-fried with chicken and shrimps. The chicken was left over a few days ago from my chicken soup.
-Veggies (brocolli, red peppers, onion ect. Use whatever veggies that you have on-hand)
-chicken slices (If you don't have chicken slices. You can use chicken breast cut into small bite-size)
- 1 ts sugar
- 1 ts salt
- a little bit of soy sauce for color
- a little bit of oyster sauce (optional)
- 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- olive oil for stir-fry
-1 ts of corn starch
1 - put olive oil in wok.
2 - throw in the minced garlic .
3 - throw in the slices of onion.
4 - throw in the chicken slices.
5 - throw in all type of veggies.
6 - all the the seasoning from above.
7 - Add the shrimps.
8 - taste it and add more salt, sugar, or pepper if required
9 - mix a little bit of water with corn starch and pour in the wok.
10 - Let it simmer a little bit, and then you are done.
