We saw some live lobsters at the grocery this morning and decided to purchase some for dinner tonight. I am making Cantonese lobsters with gingers and scallions.
This dish is simply delicious. Want to try a piece? They would go great with beers.

I have no gut to chop up the lobster. This is my hubby's job.
