Out of four seasons, I really don't like Winter. It's cold and the days are getting shorter as well. It gets dark so quick. Not to mention we have to drive in the snow or the freezing rain. I just hate Winter completely. The only thing I like about winter is I can enjoy a bowl of seafood hotpot. We made this for lunch last week. It was super yummy!
