Of all different kind of vegetables, I love morning glory the most. Not only it's good for you, but it's also very yummy. You can make soup with it or stir-fried like what I have here. It goes well with Jasmine rice.

Ingredients
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp of fish sauce
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- Wash and cut the morning glory into half
- Finely dice the garlic
- Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the garlic and cook for one minute, stirring constantly to ensure it does not burn.
- Add the morning glory and cook for 1 minute, stirring well.
- Add the sugar fish sauce, and oyster sauce, mix well to combine and remove from heat.
- Serve with rice.
