Teriyaki Salmon & Shrimps with mixed fruits salad

Since my doctor wants me to stay away from carb, I am making salmon teriyaki salmon, shrimps, mangoes, cantaloupe, and garnish with slices of thin almond for lunch.

It was so good!  This was my platter.

I made this for hubby.  He said he can eat salad almost everyday. LOL.
