I love cheesecake. Last year I went to the Renaissance Festival and saw the vendor sells cheesecake on a stick. They sell $5 bucks for one big ball of cheesecake on a stick. What a great idea. The only thing was the cheesecake was huge! There is no way I am going to eat that, but I still think cheesecake on the stick was a great concept. I wanted to make cheesecake on the stick way back then, but did not have a chance to do so. Not until recently, one of the gal in the forum posted her cheesecake Popsicles. Wow! What a fantastic idea. I knew I have to make them right away.
When you put cheesecake, nuts, coconut, and chocolate together they turned into something amazing.
