It's a rainy Saturday morning. We don't really want to go anywhere. Instead, we made mini-bun for breakfast. These tiny buns are made of wheat flour, and they are stuffed with Chinese cabbage, mushroom, ground pork, and shrimp paste. When you make the whole batch, you can freeze them in the freezer. When you are ready to eat, you just need to steam them.
