Talapia was on sale at the market so I bought 3 pounds and decided to make fried fish balls. These chewy/crunchy fried fish balls are so delicious. Also, they are so easy to make, and they taste much better than store bought. Can you imagine all these only cost $10 bucks?
These chewy yummy treats can be eaten alone or with soup. Fish balls are mostly used as toppings to noodle-based or soup-based dishes and also served in soups.
Check out the fried fish when cut.
Here is a closer look.
You can add cilantro in the fish paste to give them more flavors. I add dill for this batch.
I used scallions for this batch.
The whole platter of fried fish balls. I am sure I will be using them in different dishes.
Enjoy!
