King Oyster Mushroom

Have you try King Oyster Mushroom before? If you have not, you got to try it. They are delicious. You can make a variety dishes out of this mushroom. So far, I used it in steam boat, hot pot, stir-fry with chicken and maybe I will use in in spaghetti dish next time.


These are King Oyster mushrooms.

Last week, I stir-fried them with chicken breast. Yum!

Yesterday, I bought another bag and stir-fried with chinese brocolli. This is a healthy dish, and yummy too.
