Rau Muong Xao Toi - Morning Glory stir-fried with Garlic

Of all different kind of vegetables, I love morning glory the most.  Not only it's good for you, but it's also very yummy.  You can make soup with it or stir-fried like what I have here.  It goes well with Jasmine rice.


Ready to be served with rice.  Yum!


Ingredients
1 bunch morning glory
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp of fish sauce
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Method
  1. Wash and cut the morning glory into half
  2. Finely dice the garlic
  3. Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the garlic and cook for one minute, stirring constantly to ensure it does not burn.
  4. Add the morning glory and cook for 1 minute, stirring well.
  5. Add the sugar fish sauce, and oyster sauce, mix well to combine and remove from heat.
  6. Serve with rice.
